Inbox Grid

Inbox Grid is a new type of view in the Inbox section, designed as a clear and organized workspace for managing your activities. Instead of tiles and multi-level navigation, it displays your assigned tasks and requests directly - organized vertically, with quick access options. The goal is to keep all important information in one place and reduce unnecessary steps in your daily workflow.

Key changes

  • New layout: A more compact layout has replaced the familiar tiles. Object types are now displayed as collapsible blocks arranged vertically. This makes it easier to navigate, improves clarity, and provides more space for the content that matters.

  • To-do list at a glance: Your personal task list is now right in front of you. When you expand an object, up to 10 currently assigned tasks are shown immediately—no extra clicks are needed.

  • All your tasks in one place: The new "All" tab is a central overview of all your tasks across companies. Selecting a specific company will instantly filter the view to show only its related tasks.

  • Task count at a glance: You can now directly see the number of active items in the object list. This count is visible both on individual objects and on collapsed object types, so you always know where action is needed.

  • Smart interface behavior: The system remembers which blocks you last expanded or collapsed and restores the same view the next time you return. Your workspace adapts to your preferences and helps you save time every day.
