Request Grid
The request grid gives you access to all records related to a specific object. Whether you’re tracking active items, reviewing completed ones, or keeping an eye on ongoing tasks. You can quickly scan, filter, and manage data in bulk, making the grid a practical tool for process tracking, record management, or revisiting past requests.
You stay in control at every stage. You always know what’s happening, what’s done, and where things might get stuck. With helpful features like exports, summaries, and row-level actions, the grid plays a key role in your daily work.
The request grid can be displayed in several views, depending on the type of information you need to monitor. You can easily switch between these views using the menu in the left sidebar, which is always available on the overview page.
-
Active: helps you follow ongoing activity within the object and quickly understand what is currently in progress. It shows all requests that are being processed and that you can access based on your user permissions—whether you are working on them yourself or they are handled by one of your colleagues.
-
All: gives you a complete picture of everything that has happened or is currently happening within the object. It includes all requests you have permission to view—whether they are still being processed or already completed.
-
Following: lets you track the progress of requests you created and that you can access based on your user permissions. You can easily check their current status and see who is working on them or where they are in the process.
