  • We fixed an issue where a visible mandatory sub-grid was not displayed to users and its mandatory validation was not enforced.
  • We fixed the validation display for mandatory Time Picker fields so that only the validation icon is shown instead of highlighting the entire field in red.

  • Added support for Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication for Xeelo users using local application login, providing an additional layer of account security.

  • Workflow actions can now require TOTP verification, allowing administrators to protect selected actions with two-factor authentication.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where values calculated on the client side were not always saved correctly.

  • Improved the readability of memo text in the Xeelo mobile application when displayed on gray backgrounds.

  • Fixed the View latest version link in bookmarks so it now correctly opens the newest version of a request.

  • Added Bookmarks to the left side menu. You can now save request grids, including their filters, or specific requests and return to them with a single click. Learn more about bookmarks here.

  • The Create Copy action is now available in all main request grid modules (Inbox, Active, Following, and All).

  • The Recall Request action is now available in the Active and All modules. Request creators can now recall their requests from these views as well.

  • When you open an earlier version of a request, Xeelo now displays a notification with a quick link to the latest version.

  • Improved authentication for Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS, and OAuth2, and added more flexible session management options.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent a request from opening if its requestor was no longer available in the system.

  • Fixed an issue where clicking a Number widget on the dashboard did not always open the corresponding request grid.

  • Fixed support for External LDAP authentication in on-premises deployments.

  • Made several technical improvements that increase the overall stability and reliability of the application.

New features

  • Administrators can now hide the Save button in selected workflow steps and leave only the workflow button and its available actions visible to users. This option helps better control processes where saving work in progress is not required.

  • The mobile application now supports biometric authentication using Face ID and Touch ID, providing faster and more convenient access to the application.

  • We improved the management of historical request versions. Older versions remain available in the version history, while active data is processed more efficiently, contributing to better overall system performance.

  • Search and sorting settings in the request overview are now stored only for the current browser session. This keeps saved grid layouts cleaner and prevents temporary search criteria from being stored permanently.

  • We improved OCR processing and related error messages, making it easier to identify and resolve issues when processing attachments.

  • We implemented several technical improvements in the background to increase system stability, security, and long-term performance.

  • We fixed an issue where the Recall Request action was not always displayed correctly when switching between different views.

  • We fixed the display of the Inbox and selection checkboxes in the Safari browser.

  • We redesigned the dashboard layout and widgets. We also improved widget configuration to make dashboard setup simpler and easier to navigate. More information about working with dashboards is available here.

  • We expanded filtering options in the request grid. Filters now display all roles and statuses defined for the selected object, not only those currently used in active requests. Additional information and filtering options are available here.

  • We optimized application performance and improved overall responsiveness for a smoother user experience.
